Payment processors allow you to accept and manage customer payments, supporting various payment methods like credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. You can process payments through integrated or external payment systems.
If you're using Lightspeed Payments, refer to how to set up your Lightspeed Payments hardware instead.
- Integrated third-party payment systems connect directly to your Restaurant POS app. You must have an account with the payment processor and the corresponding hardware must be connected and installed before configuration.
- Non-integrated payment systems are external terminals that operate separately from your Restaurant POS app. To use external payment systems, you’ll need to manually enter and record payments in Lightspeed Restaurant.
