Apple Devices

For a list of Apple devices that are compatible with iOS / iPadOS 17 or higher, please see the tables below. To install the latest version of the Restaurant POS app, your device must be running iPadOS or iOS 17 or higher. For help updating your OS, see Apple Support.

Lightspeed Restaurant is incompatible with beta versions of iPadOS or iOS. We recommend only running official release versions of software on your restaurant devices for reliable app performance. If an existing device can't update to iPadOS or iOS 17, upgrading to a newer iPad or iPhone will allow you to receive our latest app updates, including new features and bug fixes.
