Lightspeed Loyalty is no longer available for new customers. If you're not currently using Lightspeed Loyalty but need a loyalty program, we recommend contacting one of our loyalty intergation partners.
Once you have connected Lightspeed Loyalty to Restaurant POS (see Connecting Lightspeed Loyalty to Restaurant POS) and configured your Rewards and Campaigns in the Loyalty Manager, you can use Restaurant POS to award and redeem points for customers.
