Viewing customer tabs in Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager lets you view all tab receipts (open and closed) for a customer. Only tabs that are assigned to a customer's account using the Tab payment method are tracked. Tabs created using the Overview Panel are not associated to customer accounts and will therefore not appear.

You can also get a list of all customers with open tabs from Restaurant POS. See Viewing customer tabs in Restaurant POS.

  1. In Restaurant Manager, click Users then open the Customers tab.
  2. Click the customer to open the customer details. NOTE: Customers with open tabs are marked with a TABS icon.
  3. Click 'Put on tab' Receipts.
  4. Select a receipt on the left to open the receipt details.
