Understanding the Integrations page

Integrations are grouped into sections then sorted alphabetically by name.

Connected integrations

The Connected integrations section shows integrations currently connected to your account. These integrations connect Lightspeed Restaurant with external services such as accounting, ordering, reporting, loyalty, and other operational tools. If you do not have any connected integrations, this section isn't displayed.

Legacy integrations

The Legacy integrations section shows older integrations associated with your account. Legacy integrations are displayed for reference and are read-only. You cannot add, edit, or remove them from the Integrations page. Contact your Lightspeed account manager for assistance with legacy integrations. If you do not have any legacy integrations, this section is not displayed.

My add-ons

The My Add-ons section shows active Lightspeed add-ons associated with your account. Add-ons provide additional Lightspeed capabilities for your business. Depending on the add-on, additional information may be displayed.

You cannot add, edit, or remove add-ons from the Integrations page. To learn more about available add-ons or make changes to your add-ons, contact your Lightspeed account manager.

Disconnecting integrations

You can disconnect eligible integrations directly from the Integrations page by revoking their access.

  1. Click the trash icon next to the name of the integration you wish to disconnect.
  2. Click Disconnect [Integration Name] to confirm.

Access is immediately revoked once this process is completed.

Manual disconnection is not available in the Restaurant Manager for:

  • Lightspeed add-ons
  • PMS integrations

PMS integrations don't currently support self-service disconnection from the Integrations page. If you need to disconnect or change a PMS integration, contact Lightspeed Support.

Finding more integrations

If you don't see the integration you need, you can browse the Lightspeed integrations webstore.

  1. Navigate to Integrations.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Integrations page.
  3. Click Browse Lightspeed’s online integrations webstore.
  4. Browse the available integrations and review their requirements.
  5. Follow the setup instructions for the integration you want to use.

The webstore opens in a new browser tab and shows integrations that aren't currently connected to your account. Some integrations may require additional configuration, approval, or assistance from the integration provider or your Lightspeed account manager.
