The Main Dashboard  displays at-a-glance statistics about your Loyalty program such as how many points have been earned and redeemed by customers, how much credit has been added and used and what your most popular rewards are.

In Loyalty Manager, click Dashboards > Main Dashboard.

Totals

The Totals section displays the following stats:

• The number of customers enrolled in your Loyalty program
• The number of active account cards
• How much credit your customers have added and used (Premium + app package only)
• How many points your customers have earned and redeemed

Timelines

The Timelines section features three graphs:

• Points
• Credit (Premium + app package only)
• Customers

Points graph: Displays a comparison of how many points have been earned (in blue) and how many points have been redeemed (in red) over the last 10 days.

Credit graph: Displays a comparison of how much credit has been added (in blue) and how much has been used (in red) over the last 10 days (Premium + app package only).

Customers graph: Displays how many new customers have signed up for your Loyalty program over the last 10 days.

Rankings

The Rankings section includes three ranked lists:

• The top five customers in terms of points earned
• The top five customers in terms of credit added (Premium + app package only)
• The top five most popular rewards in terms of number of redemptions

Account cards

The Account cards chart shows a comparison of the number of Accounts Cards issued vs. the number in use.

You can order more Account cards by clicking Order More, which will open up your default email client and a preconfigured order email.

Usage Breakdown

The Usage Breakdown chart displays a breakdown of methods used to earn points or add credit. Hover over the pie chart to see what percentage of customers are using each method.
