Reports

The Reports section of Loyalty Manager allows you to see a history of points earned/redeemed and credit added/used by customers at your establishment. You can also create and download custom credit usage reports based on date, source, location or group.

Note: Credit reports are only available in the Premium + app package.

Points usage report

The points usage report shows a history of points earned or redeemed by customers in your establishments as well as the date, time, source and location. The green highlight indicates points awarded and the red indicates points used.

In Loyalty Manager, click Reports > Points usage.

  • Click on column headers to sort the column by ascending or descending order.
  • Search for specific names or usernames by using the search bar at the top right.
  • Filter by Location using the drop-down menu at the top right.
  • Choose the number of rows displayed by using the drop-down menu at the top left.

Credit usage report

The credit usage report shows a history of credit added or used by customers as well as the date, time, source and location. The green highlight indicates credit loaded and the red indicates credit used.

Creating custom reports

From within the credit usage report, you can create and download custom credit usage reports based on date, source, location or group.

To create a basic report:

  1. Click Create basic report.
  2. Click the text fields at the top of the popup to select a range of dates.
  3. Select your time zone from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select one or more locations.
  5. Select one or more sources from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Generate PDF or Generate CSV to download the report.

To create a group report:

  1. Click Create group report.
  2. Click the text fields at the top of the popup to select a range of dates.
  3. Select your time zone from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select one or more groups from which to pull credit usage data.
  5. Click Generate PDF or Generate CSV to download the report.
