About multi-location establishments

Enabling multi-location establishments allows you to manage multiple locations from a single Restaurant Manager account. It is recommended that your master account be used purely for managing other locations and not as a functional establishment. To enable multi-location establishments, contact Lightspeed Support.

With multi-location establishments, you can:

  • Create products, modifiers, discounts and service charges in the master account that propagate to all other locations
  • View combined reports based on data from multiple locations
  • Track gift card activation and usage across multiple locations
