A table on the Tables screen can have one of three statuses. These statuses are used to quickly show what stage of the order process the table is at. The status of a table is also shown on the Orders List.

NO COLOR There is no active order on the table. Customers may be seated waiting to order. |

GREEN There is an order in progress for the table. |
 |
ORANGE The order is ready for the customer. NOTE: Orange tables only appear with Lightspeed Kitchen and while in Table Service mode. |

RED The table order's receipt has been printed. The payment has not yet been processed. After finalizing the order, the table returns to its original status and color. |
 |
BLUE There's a new order on a Takeaway or Delivery table type needing to be accepted. |
