Access the Orders page to view order details and status.
To access Orders:
- In the Lightspeed Delivery dashboard, click the Orders logo .
Searching for orders
To search for specific orders:
- Click the Filter button.
- Use the tool bar to search by:
- Pickup Time
- Order Id
- Order Status
- Delivery Channel
- Receipt Id
Order statuses in the Lightspeed Delivery dashboard correspond to order statuses in Lightspeed.

|Lightspeed cloud servers have received the order. If you have a LiteServer, the receipt still needs to be synced to it.|
|There is an issue syncing the receipt to the LiteServer.|
|The order has the status "New" in Lightspeed.|
|The order has been accepted by a staff member and has the status "Accepted" in Lightspeed.|
|The order has been printed by a staff member.|
|The order has been sent to the bar/kitchen.|
|The order has been finalized in Lightspeed.|
|There was an issue sending the order to Lightspeed.|
|The order was rejected by Lightspeed Delivery. This happens when the same order has been sent twice.|
|There was an issue updating the status of the order.|
|There was an issue with sending the order to Lightspeed or Lightspeed denied the order.|
|The order has been canceled by the delivery platform.|
