Access the Orders page to view order details and status.
To access Orders:
- In the Lightspeed Delivery dashboard, click the Orders logo

Searching for orders
To search for specific orders:
- Click the Filter button.
- Use the tool bar to search by:
- Pickup Time
- Location
- Order Id
- Order Status
- Delivery Channel
- Receipt Id
Order statuses in the Lightspeed Delivery dashboard correspond to order statuses in Lightspeed.

Lightspeed cloud servers have received the order. If you have a LiteServer, the receipt still needs to be synced to it. |
