Uploading event logs

Users with a LiteServer can now upload an event log file to the LiteServer that can be accessed by our Support team. Up to a maximum of two log files can be stored at any time. Subsequent uploads will clear the previously uploaded files.

  1. On the Users screen, tap Tools.
  2. Tap Upload Logs.
