Create a note modifier to attach details to order items for when they are sent to the bar or kitchen. For example, notes as modifiers can be used to indicate allergies or other individual order customizations. As with regular modifiers, note modifiers can be assigned to products and categories. 

1. In Restaurant Manager, click Products > Modifiers. 
2. Click Add note.
3. Enter the note Name.
4. Click OK to add the note.
