Account Settings in POS

Set the username and password for your account here.

NOTE: If the Lightspeed Restaurant account password is changed in Restaurant Manager, you must change the password in the iOS device settings or you will not be able to access your account.

  1. From your iOS device, open the Settings.  

  2. Tap Restaurant.

  3. Enter your credentials. 
  • Username: email address used to subscribe to Lightspeed Restaurant.
  • Password
  • WS Host: server address of your account. If you're using a LiteServer, enter the LiteServer IP address instead.
  • WS Port: by default is set to 80. You can also use 8080. NOTE: Version 5.2 and later no longer require this credential.
