The Hour Report displays an hourly breakdown of data related to transactions.
To access the report
The Hour Report is only available in Restaurant Manager.
- In Restaurant Manager, click Reports.
- From the menu on the left, click Hour Reports.
To set the date range

Click the date at the top-right corner of the screen.

Select a date range by clicking a start and end date, or click Today, This week, or This month.
What's displayed
Charts
Hover over the charts for more details.
- line chart of revenue per hour
- line chart of receipts per hour
- percentage pie chart showing payment-type usage
- percentage pie chart showing payment amounts per payment type
Hour report
- Starts At: start time of the hour report
- Ends At: end time of the hour report
- #Receipt Items: number of items in the receipt
- Tax: overview of the tax amounts separated per tax rate
- #Receipts created: number of receipts created in that hour
- #Receipts closed: number of receipts closed in that hour
- Revenue: total revenue of all receipts in that hour

Click Summary PDF or CSV at the top of the screen.
